We recognise how important it is to go that extra mile – to offer good technical support, suggest solutions to engineering challenges or find hard-to-source products. This ethos has been key to the success of the Solid State group as we have developed our Value Added Services, and is now more important than ever.
Particularly in demand right now is our Sourcing and Obsolescence Services team (aka, appropriately, SOS!) as lead times lengthen and allocation bites.
