Quality Policy

Pacer’s policy is to maintain a management system that demonstrates the competence of the company to provide products and services of assured quality. We set measurable quality objectives and monitor performance to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.

Pacer Components’ quality policy is to maintain a management system that demonstrates the competence of the company to provide products and services of assured quality.

The management system is fully documented and structured to meet the requirements of ISO9001.

As further assurance to our customers, the company is committed to obtaining and maintaining registration from an accredited third party certification body.

It is the company’s aim that the applicable standards of performance are met, as defined by the customer, whilst taking account of any statutory and regulatory requirements that apply.

In the interests of both the customer and the company, the most economic methods available will be adopted. However, economy must never be allowed to overrule good management practices, reduce safety margins, or otherwise degrade the contractually agreed quality criteria.

To achieve this, the company shall set measurable quality objectives and monitor performance to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.

Achievement of this policy is the responsibility of all employees who are individually responsible for the quality of their work and for ensuring that company procedures are adopted and implemented at all times.

All members of staff are encouraged to suggest changes to the system, wherever they perceive improvements are possible.
